Migration technical review
Half an hour with someone who writes the code, looking at one concrete flow of yours. You bring one that breaks and we come out with a map of what would be extracted, what stays where it is, and what the rollback looks like.
What it is
- A code and architecture review of a flow you choose.
- Half an hour, with an engineer, not with someone from sales.
- A technical conversation: the flow gets opened, the errors get read, we argue about it.
- A concrete map at the end, even when the conclusion is not to migrate.
What it isn't
- A product demo. There are no slides.
- A discovery call in disguise.
- A promise that your case gets solved in half an hour. Sometimes the answer is «this is bigger than it looks».
- Anything that needs you to give us access to your systems.
What to bring
The flow
The one that hurts most, not the tidiest one. A screenshot of the canvas or the exported JSON — either works.
The errors
Two or three failed runs with their messages. The exact error text is worth more than a description of what happened.
What is on the other side
Which systems that flow touches — catalogue, CRM, billing — and which of them is actually the authority on each piece of data.
The 30 minutes
- 0 – 5What the flow does and what breaks. You do the talking.
- 5 – 15We read the flow and the errors. This is usually where the real cause turns up, and it is almost never where the error fires.
- 15 – 25What would be extracted and in what order: what is an authority, what is a step, and what should stop for a person.
- 25 – 30What it would cost, what the rollback looks like, and whether it is worth it. If it isn't, we say so.
What happens afterwards
- A written summary of what we saw and what we proposed, so you can show it to whoever decides.
- If it makes sense to continue, a proposal with scope and timing. If not, nothing else — we don't chase.
- The flow and the errors you brought are deleted if you ask us to.
